Placing New Orders

  • Mozotown.com is powered by an Intuitive Search Bar
  • As your start to type in the search bar, the product your are searching for, the product and its related products start to show up, below the search bar.
  • This enables you to have a bird’s eye view of the products available in our online store.
  • You may Compare within the product line using the Compare feature provided by Mozotown.com
  • You may also add products under your  Wishlist, for future purchase and review.
  • The Shopping Cart provides options to review your cart items.
  • You may see different prices for the same product, as multiple sellers offer the same product, providing you the edge to choose from the best offer for the same product, from the comfort of your palm or desk.
  • If you had added a product by mistake, you have the option to delete the same within the shopping cart.
  • Products may be eligible for Free Shipping and in case of Paid Shipping the charges are added into a single invoice.
  1. Some products have many options when making a choice, e.g Same Mobiles with 3 GB RAM and 4 GB RAM.
  2. However, you get the option to choose the variations from the same page.
  3. When placing an order, please ensure the shipping address is specified correctly.
  4. Some products may be restricted to place only 1 or 2 per account, based on demand.

  • Mozotown.com is an Online E-commerce marketplace.
  • There are many Vendor Partners, who sell their products on our portal.
  • Orders are hence processed and fulfilled directly by mozotown.com or its partners across India. 
  • Products like Television Sets, DTH set top boxes, Home Theatres, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners may require a Specially Trained Technician’s Support for Installation.
  • If your product requires trained technician for installation, the service provider will contact you post the sale.
  • The Installation, will occur only at the billing address.
  • Some Products may defer warranty if installation not performed by the service provider. Please ensure before attempting Self-Installation 

Payment Options

  • EMI options are available only for Products that are paid during the order placement process.
  • When checking out using PAY NOW, and on choosing Razorpay you will be provided the EMI as a Payment method.
  • EMI Options are backed by your Credit Card, used for paying for your purchase.
  • 0% Interest and No Interest EMI plans are at the discretion of the service provider.
  • EMI terms starts from 3 Months and up to 24 months and are backed by the Credit Card used for purchase and will be displayed On-Screen.
  • The terms “Pay on Delivery” and “Cash on Delivery” are interchangeable.
  • Mozotown.com, facilitates its users, by providing an option to pay for your orders, during delivery at your door step.
  • Cash on Delivery option may not be available for some Pin-codes, Products of a few categories and Products of value more than Rs. 20,000/-.
  • The option to make a Cash on Delivery option, will be displayed, during your pay now stage of order processing.
  • Credit Cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and RuPay are accepted
  • Debit Cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and RuPay are accepted as Payment methods
  • Some International Credit Cards may also be accepted for payments by the system.
  • Your Payment information is not stored on our store server.
  • You can make payments for purchases made on Mozotown.com using your Netbanking facility provided by your bank.
  • Most Bank’s Netbanking services of Indian Banks are serviceable under this feature.
  • More banks are being added day-by-day.
  • If your bank’s service is not available, you may still use other options like your Debit or Credit Cards, UPI Payments to complete your purchases.
  • Mozotown.com provides you the convenience to make purchases right from the comfort of your mobile phones and desktops.
  • Other than credit cards, debit cards and Net Banking payment methods, you may also use your favourite UPIs to make payments for purchases on mozotown.com 
  • You may pay using the onscreen QR Code generated during the pay now session of your purchase.

Shipping and Tracking

  • More than 26000 Pin-codes across India are serviced by Mozotown.com and its partners.
  • Once logged in each product page will automatically show deliverable status of the order to your Pin-code, specified in your account information.
  • Mozotown.com has partnered with more than 12 courier service companies across India, to deliver the products on-time to your preferred Destination.
  • Some parts of India are un-serviceable due to local regulations
  • Mozotown.com provides our customers with a Robust and Technology Driven Order Tracking Mechanism.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the order tracking  information as a clickable link in your personal mail, provided during account registration.
  • Mozotown.com has partnered with more than 12 courier partners, who service more than 26,000 Pin-codes across India, some also with Cash On Delivery privilege for mozotown’s customers.
  • The estimated time of delivery is pre-calcualted and displayed during your visit to the product page as-well-as pay now.
  • Most products will be delivered as specified during check-out.
  • Our Customer Support team, is waiting to support you in locating your product in the event you did not receive the product on time.
  • Mozotown.com and its partners, strive extremely hard, leaving no stone un-turned, in delivering your order on-time at your door step.
  • However, under certain un-predictable conditions and circumstances, the order may be missing.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Items that are already delivered, Gift Wrapped, Shipped, cannot be cancelled.
  • Recharges of all services and payments made towards Utility services such as Electricity, Water and Gas Bill Payments cannot be cancelled, once executed.
  • If for any reason, do you wish to modify the order you had placed with us, you may reach out to us via Chat or Call during our operational hours(Monday to Saturday 1000 AM to 0700 PM).
  • Items that are already delivered, Gift Wrapped, Shipped, cannot be modified.
  • Recharges of all services and payments made towards services such as Electricity, Water and Gas Bill Payments cannot be modified, once executed.
  • Mozotown.com offers replacements of the products which you had purchased with us, on a case-by-case basis.
